1)We gladly accept Pantone colors (Pantone C, Pantone U, or Pantone TPX). In cases where the exact colors cannot be specified, our skilled designers will recommend the closest matching colors for your review and approval.
2)You have the option to provide your own designs in JPG, AI, or PDF formats. Please ensure that any text is at least 4 cm in height for legibility on the mat. Avoid using color combinations that are too similar with minimal contrast.
3)If you prefer, you can supply your logo or design image, and we can produce it based on your samples or technical drawings. We will send you the finalized artwork for your approval before proceeding with production.
4)Customized packaging is available for orders meeting a certain minimum quantity (MOQ). If the cost of custom packaging differs from our standard packaging, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
